NEC 240.83(E) requires circuit breakers used as switches in 120V and 277V fluorescent lighting circuits to be marked:

• "HACR" when used in heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment
• "AF" when used in arc fault circuit protection
• "GFI" when providing ground fault protection
• "SWD" (Switching Duty) when used as a switch in fluorescent lighting circuits
