Per NEC 250.122(B), if ungrounded conductors are increased in size above the required minimum, the EGC must be:

• Remain at the Table 250.122 minimum size
• Be increased proportionally in circular mil area
• Be doubled in size
• Be sized at 50% of the phase conductor
